Specialty retailers
Educational retailers
Museum gift shops
Science centers
Children's museums
Homeschool organizations
School suppliers
Learning centers
Family entertainment centers
Gift shops
Online retailers (subject to approval)
Griddly Kids reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its discretion.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Opening Order
• Minimum Opening Order: $500 USD
Reorders
• Minimum Reorder: $300 USD
Products are generally sold in case packs unless otherwise specified. All orders are subject to product availability.
PAYMENT TERMS
New Accounts
The following payment methods are accepted:

Payment must be received in full prior to shipment.

FREE FREIGHT PROGRAM
Orders of $1,500 USD or more qualify for Free Freight.
Conditions:
Valid on qualifying orders shipped within North America.
Orders must meet the minimum threshold after discounts are applied.
Free Freight applies to standard ground shipping only.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations, expedited shipping, oversized shipments, or special delivery requirements.
Griddly Kids reserves the right to modify or discontinue freight promotions at any time.
SHIPPING
Orders may be shipped from our Canadian or U.S. warehouse depending on inventory availability and destination.
Shipping charges apply to orders below the Free Freight threshold.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on inventory levels, destination, and carrier schedules.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges where applicable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment or approved terms.
Backordered items will be communicated when applicable.
Partial shipments may occur based on inventory availability.
DAMAGES, SHORTAGES & CLAIMS
Any shortages, damages, or shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number
Product name(s)
Quantity affected
Photos of damage (if applicable)
Failure to report issues within 7 days may affect claim eligibility.
RETURNS
Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable.
Exceptions include:
Products damaged during shipping
Defective products
Incorrectly shipped products
All return requests must be approved by Griddly Kids prior to return shipment.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
ONLINE SALES POLICY
Approved retailers may sell Griddly Kids products:
In physical retail locations
On approved e-commerce websites
Retailers may not:
Misrepresent Griddly Kids products
Use unauthorized product images
Sell products on third-party marketplaces without prior written approval

Product descriptions
Lifestyle photography

Social media assets
Product demonstration videos (when available)
Promotional materials
Retail merchandising recommendations

Sample requests may be available for qualified retailers and organizations.
Sample availability is determined on a case-by-case basis.
